Formax Folders - Crisp, Accurate Folds Time After Time

Folding paper by hand is a tedious, inefficient task that can be automated by an easy to use and cost-effective Formax folder. A complete line of Formax desktop folders is available to meet your needs. Three friction feed desktop folders are ideal for the office environment, while our air-feed, heavy duty FD 390 model is capable of handling the most demanding jobs.

The FD 380 and FD 340 folders offer unmatched features such as our unique, dedicated multi-sheet feeder capable of folding up to three sheets of stapled or unstapled paper at one time. A high-capacity, telescoping conveyor allows users to fill the 500-sheet feeder, press start and walk away. The FD 380 combines these features with intuitive, fully automatic fold adjustments to make even first time users comfortable with its setup and operation.

The FD 320 folder is our economical solution for automating paper folding. Removable fold plates, capability of processing up to 11" x 17" paper, combined with an easy to use drop-in feed system make the FD 320 an ideal solution for schools, churches and other small organizations.

FD 320 - Tabletop Document Folder
The FD 320 document folder offers a new level of performance and affordability. Made with ease of operation in mind, the FD 320 utilizes a "drop-in" feed system which eliminates the need to fan the paper.

Clearly marked fold settings allow for quick and easy setup, and make this machine ideal for any church, school, business or department. As with all Formax folders, the FD 320 consists of a heavy-duty steel frame and molded high-impact side covers.

FD 340 - Tabletop Document Folder

The FD 340 folder is a fast, dependable and easy-to-use solution for virtually all folding applications. Six popular folds are clearly marked on the fold plates for quick setup. Adjustments can also be made to process unique custom folds.

The unique telescoping output stacker and optional Multi-Sheet Feeder give the FD 340 unmatched output ability and added folding versatilty.

FD 380 - Automatic Tabletop Document Folder

The fully automatic FD 380 Document Folder is the ideal folding solution for any church, school, or business which demands quick and easy setup. Six common folds are preset for 11", 14" and 17" paper and can be activated with the touch of a button. Additionally, up to nine custom folds can be programmed and stored in memory. All the settings are easily made with the use of a centrally located
user-friendly control panel and LED display.

The FD 380 features a telescoping output stacker that holds up to 500 folded documents and a Multi-Sheet Feeder that gives operators the capability of folding up to three 20# sheets of stapled or unstapled paper at the same time.

With these unmatched features, the FD 380 clearly sets the standard for automatic paper folding.

FD 390 - Air Feed Document Folder

The FD 390 high speed document folder is ideal for mail rooms, print shops, mail houses or virtually any other high volume application. The bottom in-feed air system allows for continuous loading of forms while the extended out-feed stacker cuts down on the unloading of folded documents. Both features decrease processing time and increase efficiency.

A chart for seven common fold settings is located on the out-feed stacker for easy setup. Microadjustment knobs are used to fine-tune the stopper position making crisp and accurate folds every time.
