The main feature of this Artist Snare Drum is the massive 27ply (and hence 28 mm thick) beechwood shell, this gives the snare a "hefty" sound. It is deep, with lots of "bottom", and yet transparent. Well suited for funk, fusion, jungle or electronic beats.
